Message Frequency & Types

You may receive up to 10 messages per month, which may include:

  • Service alerts and advisories

  • Billing notifications or updates

  • Event and community announcements

  • Emergency or outage notifications

Opt-In Methods

You may opt in by:

  • Providing your contact information through our website

  • Registering directly with association staff

  • Texting a designated keyword or submitting a form

Opt-Out Methods

You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message

  • Clicking Unsubscribe in emails

  • Contacting us at 833-561-2034 or info@mowater.org

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact info

  • Only register numbers or emails you are authorized to use

  • Refrain from misusing SMS or email services

Charges & Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier. Missouri Water Association is not responsible for these charges.

Availability

We are not liable for message delivery delays or failures caused by carrier issues, technical issues, or spam filtering.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The current version will always be posted at https://mowater.org

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes will be handled in Missouri courts.
