Missouri Water Association is looking for motivated individuals willing to donate their time and life experiences to help foster the growth and continued success of Missouri Water Association. Board of Director Candidates must reside and be provided services of Missouri Water Association. Terms of service is three (3) years unless fulfilling a position that has been vacated of which the candidate will assume the remaining time of that position. Currently there is 1 position with a time of nearly three (3) years available. Please contact 573-346-3810 to speak with someone regarding fulfilling this position.
Boil Water Advisory
Boil water advisories are suggested courses of action for when there is a possibility of harm to an individual. Those are issued anytime the water pressure drops below 20 psi, leak repair, well removal, tank cleaning, etc. Children and those with low immune systems are strongly suggested to boil their water.

Mandatory Boil Order
Mandatory Boil Orders can only be issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resource and only if there is a known imminent threat to the health of an individual. This could occur from detection of e. coli or other illness causing bacteria/viruses, illegal cross connections, broken sewer and water lines in the same trench, etc.
